What’s Your Track?

BASE

This track is for people who desire to build the essentials of strength training, live an active and healthy lifestyle. This includes mastering the basic movement patterns, motor control and tempo training. The program is a great for those searching to increase their strength, returning to fitness after an extended break or those just getting started. The training sessions will be 45-60min in length and require minimal equipment.

ASCEND

This track is for clients who desire to build strength and conditioning while feeling athletic. This program offers 3 days of Full Body, Functional Training. Each session includes a conditioning piece to build your aerobic base while focusing on appropriate intensity.

ELITE

The focus will be on building strength, learning new skills or improving and performance-based conditioning. These workouts can be 75-90min. In-person coaching available. This will be the most intense of the three tracks.

This program focuses on building strength, learn or improve skills, athleticism and performance. These include metabolic conditioning pieces that will challenge your overall fitness.

You get to choose each week between: 3 Days/45 Mins OR 5/Days 60+ minutes based on YOUR schedule

  • As always, the workouts include warmups, mobility, cool downs and short-on-time options.

  • The programs are delivered weekly through CoachRx with demo videos, easy structure, instructions and progress tracking.

  • This program can be done at any gym or home gym.
