Want the fine print?

We start with a consultation where we begin our coach/client relationship by going through a discovery phase, defining a goal(s) and uncovering areas of opportunity.

This is followed by our BODY/MOVE/WORK assessment. The BODY portion is an inBody scan which will provide a baseline of the clients body composition (weight, muscle mass, fat mass, bodyfat %, Basal Metabolic Rate BMR). The MOVE portion consists of the core movement patterns and directly informs the coach of the client’s abilities and limitations to be included in the exercise program.  

Finally, The WORK portion where the client will sustain 10min on the bike. The goal is to accumulate max calories to demonstrate the clients current work capacity. All of the information will determine the design for exercise, nutrition and lifestyle behavior prescriptions that will be delivered daily through the CoachRX app.

The coach/client relationship continues to be nurtured by monthly consults, fitness monitoring exercises and adherence to the agreed upon programs.
